A non-refundable deposit of $175.00 USD with your trip registration form is needed to hold your spot. Final payment is due: July 15th, 2016. Any cancellation made between: March 10th, 2016 and July 30th, 2016 will result in a total loss of 50% of your trip funds. Any cancellation made between: Aug. 1st, 2016 and the trip departure will result in 100% loss of trip funds. Any cancellation made after the trip departs will result in total loss of trip funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum. Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended if there is a possibility that you might have to cancel your trip.
